Created in 1983 by Mr Roland MONDON, the company MONDON Winding & Converting Machines has established itself as a key reference in the design and manufacture of high-precision industrial equipment. Since it was founded, the company has put the emphasis on technical excellence and innovation, two pillars that are still guiding its development. In 2014, Mr François GAUBERT took control of the company, giving it a new dynamic while preserving the heritage and founding values.
MONDON specialises in equipment for unwinding, winding and converting flexible materials, for example, plastic films, textiles, paper and nonwovens. It offers a full range of machines and converting lines for the plastics, rubber and nonwovens industries. Its cutting-edge skills have made the company a leader in its field, thanks to the high-quality winding performance of its machines.
A local, controlled production
Based in the heart of the Haute-Loire region (France), MONDON has decided to promote a local, integrated production model. Its design office and ultra-modern 5,000m² workshop work seamlessly together in order to guarantee outstanding results. This in-house organisation allows the company to manage every production phase, from the initial design to the final assembly. Highly-skilled teams of fitters, electricians, turners, adjusters and painters work together with precision and dedication to deliver reliable, high-performance and customised machines. Each creation reflects the MONDON commitment to top-quality local expertise, certified “made in FRANCE”. With its dynamic teams, the company blends expertise and innovation to produce increasingly innovative and high-performance machines.
