Mondon has built its reputation in winding technology through the manufacture of small-coil winders with rapid changeover. Known as FTW, this family of winders enables fully automatic production of small coils, featuring automatic loading of winding mandrels. These winders can be installed in-line or off-line and ensure continuous 24/7 production with exceptional consistency. Available in several sizes, they meet increased productivity requirements while offering high availability.
E-FTW-2 is a fully automatic winder in line with the manufacturing process. This FTW allows continuous winding, with an automatic roll change : cores are loaded automatically from a core magazine and finished rolls are removed from the winder.
E-FTW-D is a fully automatic winder with 2x2 shafts. This machine offers non-stop winding with automatic roll change. This winder guarantees very low tension, ideal for sensitive and static films.
The E-FTW-4 fully automatic winder offers continuous winding. Thanks to turret technology, the cores are automatically loaded from a core magazine and the finished reels are removed from the winder.
